Lucid Mind Hypnotherapy – Terms & Conditions

Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking a session. By accessing this website, booking a service, or engaging in communication with us, you agree to be bound by the following terms.
The agreement is stipulated between me, Giorgia Bettili, Clinical Hypnotherapist, owner of this website, and you, the individual accepting these terms and conditions and using the services provided.
1. Services Provided
Lucid Mind Hypnotherapy offers online hypnotherapy and dream work services, including but not limited to hypnotherapy sessions, lucid dreaming guidance, dream interpretation, and associated resources delivered via video conferencing (Google Meet or Zoom) or other secure platforms. This may also include events, workshops, or group sessions where stated. This also includes in-person or online group events, workshops, and courses where explicitly stated.
2. Bookings and Payments
- All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system (integrated with Google Calendar).
- Payment is required in full at the time of booking via our secure payment provider, Stripe.
- Booking confirmation will be sent via email. Please check your spam folder if you do not receive it.
You can check all my different fees on my Fees page. Note that I have the right to change my session fees at any time. You will be notified via email of such changes at least 48 hours notice prior to any pre-booked session or event.
3. Cancellations and Refunds
For 1-to-1 sessions, online or in-person, the cancellations and refunds policy is as follow:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the session will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the session will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are non-refundable.
- These terms form part of your agreement at the time of booking.
If I need to cancel the appointment, I will refund you in full or provide the option of rescheduling at another time.
The below cancellation policy applies only to events, group workshops and courses, both in-person and online. The cancellation policy for 1-to-1 sessions remains valid and unchanged.
- 7+ days before the event: Full refund available
- Less than 7 days before the event: No refund.
If you or I are able to transfer your place to someone else, you may be able to receive full refund or a credit for a future event (subject to availability) - No shows: No refund or credit available
This policy ensures that I can offer your space to others on the waiting list and covers the venue costs and online platform costs I have committed to. Thank you for understanding.
4. Rescheduling
Clients may request to reschedule a session with at least 48 hours’ notice. Rescheduling with less than 48 hours’ notice is at our discretion and may be treated as a cancellation.
5. Confidentiality
All client information is treated with strict confidentiality and in line with GDPR regulations. Records are kept securely and only used for the purposes of delivering your therapy.
6. Use of Technology
Sessions are conducted online via secure platforms such as Google Meet. It is your responsibility to ensure a stable internet connection and a quiet, private environment for the session.
7. Communication & Email Marketing
By opting in to our newsletter (via Mailer Lite), you agree to receive occasional emails with news, updates, and resources. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in each email.
8. Results Disclaimer
Hypnotherapy and dream work are collaborative processes. While many clients benefit from these services, results cannot be guaranteed. Commitment and participation play a vital role in outcomes.
9. Website Content
All content on this website is owned by Lucid Mind Hypnotherapy and is protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution without written consent is prohibited.
10. Changes to These Terms
Lucid Mind Hypnotherapy reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of the services indicates your acceptance of the updated terms.
11. Registration
Before our session, you will be required to complete a form with personal information.
