Why does your programme have four sessions instead of one?
While some practitioners offer a single-session approach, my programme takes a gentler and more thorough path. It also allows time to reinforce positive changes and prevent relapse.
And for those within the sector, a plus: I don’t use aversion therapy!
Will I be asleep or unconscious during hypnosis?
No, you will remain awake, aware, and in control the entire time. Hypnosis is simply a deeply relaxed and focused state, similar to meditation or daydreaming. In this state, your mind becomes more receptive to positive suggestions and behavioural change.
Is this suitable for vaping as well?
Yes. The programme is equally effective for those who want to quit vaping. Although the delivery method differs, the underlying habit are often similar. We work with your specific experience to ensure the approach is tailored to your needs.
