9. Payments and Cancellation Policy
Payment is required in full at the time of booking.
If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours in advance, the full session fee will be retained and no refund will be given.
If you cancel between 24 and 48 hours before your appointment, 50% of the session fee will be retained, and you will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made more than 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full refund or may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
By booking a session, you agree to these terms and conditions.

This policy may be updated periodically. Please review it regularly. Continued use of the service indicates acceptance of any updates.
