Where are the sessions held?
All sessions are held online via Google Meet, allowing you to experience hypnotherapy from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Many clients find that being in their familiar space helps relaxation and makes it easier to integrate the tools we explore together.
Is online hypnotherapy as effective as face-to-face hypnotherapy?
Yes! All my sessions are held online, and I’ve seen results just as effective as in-person therapy, with the added benefit of working together from anywhere in the world.
In fact, I prefer online sessions because most people find their home environment more familiar and comforting than someone else’s office. This often allows them to relax more deeply in their own space.
Online sessions also save time, eliminate travel stress and expenses, and make it easier to schedule appointments at a convenient time of day.
You can often get started sooner, with appointments available at shorter notice.
What do I need to bring for my sessions?
All you need is:
- A good Wi-Fi connection
- A quiet, private space where you won’t be disturbed
- A comfortable chair or sofa where you can relax
- Your phone switched off to avoid distractions
And if you’d like, bring a cup of tea to help you settle in!
How many sessions will I need?
The number of sessions depends on the person and the issue. Most clients notice meaningful progress within 3 to 6 sessions.
- Three sessions are usually recommended to begin with and are available as a discounted package.
- Six-session blocks are available for more ingrained issues.
- My smoking and vaping cessation programme includes 4 sessions at a fixed price.
- My weight management programme also includes 4 sessions at a fixed price.
- Dream interpretation and nightmare work can often be done in a single session per dream.
- For lucid dreaming, I offer both silver (3 sessions) and gold (6 sessions) programmes at a reduced rate.
What can hypnotherapy help with?
Hypnotherapy can support a wide range of issues, including:
anxiety, phobias, sleep problems, pain management, weight concerns, habit change, and more.

Will I lose control in hypnosis?
No, you will remain in full control throughout.
Hypnosis is a natural state of deep relaxation and focused awareness. You’re conscious and aware the entire time and can choose to enter or exit the state at any point.
It’s similar to being absorbed in a good film: you’re emotionally engaged, yet always aware of your surroundings and holding the remote.

What does hypnosis feel like?
Hypnosis feels like a deep state of calm and focus, similar to daydreaming or meditation. Your body relaxes, your mind becomes more open and inwardly focused, and you remain fully aware and in control throughout.
