My Weight Management Hypnotherapy Programme consists of 4 personalised hypnotherapy sessions, ideally spaced 2-3 weeks apart. Each session builds upon the previous one in a gentle, progressive way.
Each session lasts around 60 minutes, with the exception of the first session that will be more in-depth to assess your specific needs.

The Weight Management Hypnotherapy Programme includes a personalised audio recording created specifically for you after our initial work together. Listening to this recording at home between sessions helps reinforce new patterns and strengthen your results.

It also incorporates practical, empowering tools that you can take away and continue to use long after the programme ends. These include:
