10-Days to
Lucid Dreaming

A guided email course with hypnosis audios.
Built for complete beginners

Most people have been sleepwalking past a world that
runs every night behind their eyes.
This course teaches you to step into it: awake, aware, and in control.

Is this for you?

You have been curious about lucid dreaming,
but you don’t know where to start

Maybe you read something about it years ago and filed it under ‘fascinating but complicated.’ Maybe you’ve had a dream that felt almost lucid and woken up frustrated. Maybe you simply sense that your dreaming mind is a richer place than you’ve been led to believe.

This course is built for people who are starting from the beginning, with no prior experience, no special equipment, and no guarantee that they won’t feel slightly sceptical. That’s fine. Curiosity and a small amount of scepticism are both entirely welcome here.

You’re curious about lucid dreaming but every book or guide you’ve found is either too long, too technical, or too vague to actually get started

You rarely remember your dreams in the morning, or you remember them occasionally and want to explore them more deeply.

You have a meditation or mindfulness background and you want to take your practice somewhere new

You don’t have time to read a 300-page book on the subject. You want a clear, guided path you can follow in ten minutes a day

What this course is

You have been curious about lucid dreaming,
but you don’t know where to start

A lucid dream is a dream in which you know you are dreaming whilst you are dreaming. You are asleep, you are dreaming, and some part of your conscious mind is aware of that fact.

Lucid dreaming has been documented across cultures for thousands of years, in Tibetan Buddhist dream yoga, in ancient Greek texts, and in the writings of Aristotle in 350 BCE. It was formally verified in a landmark 1975 study and has since been confirmed by sleep researchers at Stanford. It is not a new-age invention. It is a real, learnable neurological skill.

What makes this course different from a standard guide is the integration of clinical hypnotherapy. As a hypnotherapist, I work directly with the subconscious, the same part of the mind that generates your dreams. The three audio sessions in this course are not background music or generic relaxations. They are targeted hypnosis sessions designed to prime your mind for dream recall, hypnagogic awareness, and lucid entry. They do the deep work that reading about techniques alone cannot.

Each of the ten days is short enough to read in five minutes and rich enough to practise for a lifetime. There are no prerequisites. You begin with the simplest possible skill (remembering your dreams) and build from there, one step at a time.

A hypnotherapist who
lives this practice

I’m Giorgia Bettili. I’m a clinical hypnotherapist and dream coach. I’ve been practising lucid dreaming for almost a decade and have trained in conscious dreaming under some of the most respected teachers in the field.

What makes this course different is that I haven’t just read about these techniques, I’ve lived them. The hypnosis sessions you receive are sessions I’ve built specifically for this practice, designed to work at the level of the subconscious mind where dreaming actually happens.

This course is an introduction. If you want to go deeper, with either 1-2-1 or group live sessions, that work is available too.

FAQs

None at all. The course is designed from the ground up for people who are starting from scratch. Day 1 begins with the basics, and nothing assumes prior knowledge.

Done correctly, no. The course includes specific guidance on protecting your sleep foundation, particularly around techniques like Wake Back to Bed, which the course explicitly advises against if your sleep is already fragile. Good sleep always comes first.

Each daily email takes around five to ten minutes to read. The exercises and audios add time on the days they appear, but nothing is designed to feel effortful.

Many people do — but not everyone, and that’s entirely normal. Lucid dreaming is a skill that develops over weeks and months. What you will have after 10 days is a complete, working practice and the tools to continue. The dream diary, the audios, and the techniques are yours permanently.

If you are currently experiencing significant sleep difficulties, insomnia, or anxiety around sleep, this course may not be the right starting point. The lucid dreaming practice sits on top of good sleep — if the foundation is fragile, that’s worth addressing first. I offer a dedicated sleep hypnotherapy programme for exactly this. Find out more here.
